After 10 years at Burton, Michelle doesn’t just understand what it takes to get things done; she has helped define what it takes. Michelle has the ability to find the strengths in those around her while helping develop and build on hidden talents. As a valued manager in The Projects, she cares about her team above all things – continually working to ensure a positive experience and a great environment. During the past year, Michelle took time from her Burton family and started her own, all while laying out a very considered plan on how things would run smoothly during her absence. When she did return the only difference we could tell was the bigger smile she had.
